The paint used on these shoes is water proof and made to withstand the elements of every day wear. Please let us know if your design includes painting on the rubber sole of shoe. We can not guarantee that the paint will not wear off over time in this area due to normal wear and tear of shoes. Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. If you are needing an item sooner please message us before ordering. We will let you know if that processing time is feasible. Please not that these shoes are hand painted individually. Not every shoe will look exactly the same or perfect. Every item it free handed but we try to make our items as close to your design choice as we can. If there is a problem with your order please message me. We are not responsible for any delays that are due to the post office. Once we hand the package over to the post office we can not control that item. We will look up the tracking that we provided to you to be sure the item is missing.
